Biogram
Dominika Wojtylak is a graduate of the Depatment of Graphics of the Academy of Fine Arts in Krakow. She obtained her MA degree in 2004 under the supervision of prof. Włodzimierz Kotkowski. In 2002, she received a scholarship at the Faculty of Monumental Painting of the Universitatea de Artă și Design in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. She deals with easel and monumental painting, renovation of wall polychromes, graphic arts and digital prints and photography. She has a lot of creative experience in various visual art techniques.
Należy do Związku Polskich Artystów Plastyków.

Other projects:
I am lucky to encounter interesting creative challenges in my life that broaden my experience and competences. I think of them as adventure journeys to both unknown and favorite places. Among other things:
- I created a shadow theatre for three old fairy tales accompanied by a live baroque string quartet (Gdańsk, 2010),
- namalowałam dziesiątki metrów kwadratowych różnych marmurów na podłogach starożytnych rzymskich pałaców, które były dekoracją do filmu („Quo vadis, 2000) oraz jedną marmurową kolumnę w prawdziwej cygańskiej sali tronowej,
- I renovated a wooden sign over a traditional village cheese factory in Switzerland,
- zrobiłam sporo ilustracji do wydanych i niewydanych książek oraz projekt zakładki do książek, która rozchodzi się po świecie od ponad dwudziestu lat,
- I worked on the renovation of historic polychromes in the library of the Cistercian abbey in Lubiąż, the chapel of the Holy Sepulcher in Przeworsk, the basilica of the Fathers of St. Franciscans in Krakow and many other beautiful and historically fragrant places,
- wykonałam portrety współczesnych męczenników do relikwiarza, który niespodziewanie został poświęcony przez papieża Franciszka podczas wizyty w Krakowie w 2016 r.
- namalowałam ogromne tło na płótnie do studia fotograficznego w Limie w Peru, 2008 r.
- and many other projects and execuitions on walls, furniture and canvas, the sum of which makes up the quality of craftsmanship and openness to non-obvious inspirations in all my works.
