  1. Shop<\/b> - online store available at www.wojtylak.art, through which the Buyer can purchase Products and Services available in the Store. <\/li>\n
  2. Seller<\/b> - Dominika Wojtylak running an unregistered business at ul. Borkowska 9\/35, 30-438 Krak\u00f3w.<\/li>\n
  3. Online Store<\/b> Regulations<\/b> - these regulations for the provision of electronic services, specifying the rules for using the Store. <\/li>\n
  4. Privacy Policy<\/b> - a document describing the purposes and methods of data processing, as well as the rights of data subjects. <\/li>\n
  5. Consumer<\/b> \u2013 an adult natural person with full legal capacity, making a purchase from the Seller that is not directly related to his or her business or professional activity. <\/li>\n
  6. Customer<\/b> - an adult natural person with legal capacity, a legal person or an organizational unit without legal personality but with legal capacity, making a purchase from the Seller directly related to its business or professional activity. <\/li>\n
  7. Customer-Consumer<\/b> - an adult natural person making a purchase from the Seller directly related to his\/her business activity, when the purchase does not have a professional nature for this person, resulting in particular from the subject of the business activity, made available on the basis of the provisions on the Central Registration and Information on Business Economic. <\/li>\n
  8. Buyer<\/b> \u2013 any entity making purchases via the Store: both Customer, Customer-Consumer and Consumer. <\/li>\n
  9. Personal data administrator<\/b> - entity deciding on the purposes and means of data processing. The administrator of Buyers' personal data is the Seller. <\/li>\n
  10.  Order<\/b> - a declaration of will submitted by the Buyer aimed directly at concluding a Sales Agreement with the Seller by completing and sending the Order Form in electronic form, available on the Store's website, including reading the Regulations of the online store and accepting its content. <\/li>\n
  11.  Order Form <\/b> - an interactive form available in the Store, enabling placing an Order, in particular by adding Products to the Cart and specifying the terms of the Sales Agreement, including the method of delivery and payment.<\/li>\n
  12.  Account<\/b> \u2013 the customer's account in the Store, which collects data provided by the Customer and information about Orders placed by him in the Store.<\/li>\n
  13.  Registration Form <\/b>\u2013 a form available in the Store, enabling the creation of an Account.<\/li>\n
